The base_url 'http://m.yardsaleforthecure.com/www/' does not appear to be correct.
It should look something like 'http://m.yardsaleforthecure.com/PATH_TO_ROOT_FOLDER/' and follow the same structure as 'http://m.yardsaleforthecure.com/www/index.php' and should end with a trailing slash.
